Refund & Return Policy

At PRESSD EDIT, we take care in preparing every order and want customers to review their selections carefully before purchasing.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. PRESSD EDIT does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except where required by applicable law or where an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly fulfilled by PRESSD EDIT.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect nail sizing selected or provided by the customer
Incorrect nail shape or length selected
Customization choices made by the customer
Jewelry size or style selected by the customer
Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product selections, sizing information, customization options, and shipping details before completing their purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After the 24-hour cancellation window, orders are final and can no longer be cancelled.

If an eligible cancellation is approved within the cancellation window, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution or payment provider.

PRESSD EDIT reserves the right to cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or an inability to fulfill the order. If PRESSD EDIT cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Nail Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate nail measurements or selecting the correct preset size when placing an order.

PRESSD EDIT is not responsible for incorrect sizing resulting from customer-provided measurements or size selections. Orders will not be refunded, remade, or exchanged due to customer sizing errors.

For the most accurate fit, we strongly recommend purchasing a PRESSD EDIT Sizing Kit before ordering your nail set.

Jewelry

Please review all available jewelry sizing, materials, finishes, and product information carefully before purchasing.

Due to our all-sales-final policy, jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

Natural wear, scratches, or changes resulting from improper care, exposure to harsh chemicals, misuse, or normal use are not considered manufacturing defects.

Incorrect or Defective Orders

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage not attributable to the shipping carrier, or PRESSD EDIT has made an error in fulfilling your order, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.

Please include your order number, clear photographs of the product and a brief description of the issue.

We will review each claim individually. If PRESSD EDIT determines that an item is defective or was incorrectly fulfilled, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

For nail products, damage caused after delivery through improper application or removal, acetone or solvent exposure, misuse, or normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

For jewelry, damage resulting from misuse, improper care, normal wear, or exposure inconsistent with the product's care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
