Shipping Policy

PRESSD EDIT proudly ships handcrafted products from Ontario, Canada.

Processing Time

All PRESSD EDIT nail sets are handmade and made to order.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.

This timeframe refers to the production and processing of your order before it leaves PRESSD EDIT. It does not include shipping transit time.

All carrier transit times are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly stated otherwise by the applicable carrier service.

For example, if a shipping option displays an estimated 4–7 business-day transit time, this does not mean the order will arrive 4–7 business days after it is placed. PRESSD EDIT's 2–4 week processing period applies first, followed by the applicable carrier transit time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where applicable.

Orders containing both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items may be shipped together once the full order is complete.

Processing times exclude weekends and statutory holidays.

During product launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may occasionally be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate updates where appropriate.

PRESSD EDIT reserves the right to accept or decline any order.

Shipping Locations

PRESSD EDIT currently ships to:

• Canada
• United States
• Select international destinations

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination and order details.

Canada Shipping

Canadian orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Shipping estimates begin once your order has completed processing and has been handed over to the carrier.

Any delivery estimates displayed at checkout do not include PRESSD EDIT's processing time.

United States Shipping

U.S. orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada via Canada Post tracked shipping.

Applicable U.S. duties and import charges are calculated and collected at checkout where required, allowing eligible shipments to be sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This is intended to minimize unexpected duty charges upon delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipment details.

Any shipping estimate displayed at checkout applies after PRESSD EDIT's 2–4 week processing period.

International Shipping

PRESSD EDIT currently ships to select international destinations.

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipment details.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless these charges are expressly collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may cause delays beyond the estimated carrier delivery window. PRESSD EDIT cannot control or guarantee customs clearance times.

Tracking & Delivery

Where tracking is included with the selected shipping service, customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

PRESSD EDIT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather, service disruptions, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact PRESSD EDIT within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or been shipped.

PRESSD EDIT is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If an order is returned to PRESSD EDIT because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or another customer-related delivery issue, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, PRESSD EDIT is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged while in the carrier's possession, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

PRESSD EDIT is also not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier that cannot be located by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If an issue occurs during transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. PRESSD EDIT will provide any shipment information reasonably available to us that may assist with a carrier inquiry or claim.

Packages Damaged During Transit

PRESSD EDIT is not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers while packages are in transit, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the exterior packaging before opening it, along with the contents and any visible damage.

Please contact the shipping carrier and PRESSD EDIT within 5 calendar days of delivery. Photographs and other documentation may be required when submitting a carrier claim.

Carrier-related damage is subject to the applicable carrier's claims process, eligibility requirements, and coverage.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

For certain destinations, including eligible U.S. shipments, applicable duties and import charges may be calculated and collected at checkout. When charges are collected at checkout, they will be displayed as part of the customer's order.

For destinations where duties, taxes, or other import charges are not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for any amounts assessed by the applicable customs authority, carrier, or other agency.

PRESSD EDIT does not control customs assessments or clearance procedures and cannot guarantee whether additional charges will apply or how long customs clearance will take.
